Return Policy

Any defective or incorrectly sized merchandise can be returned for refund or replacement. We will pay the cost of shipping to correct any defective or incorrectly sized merchandise.

Trade In or Trade Up

Most of our Dealers will gladly take a trade in especially if it is in "like new" condition for a trade up in quality.


All merchandise and instruments are warranted for a period of 12 months against any manufacturing defect.

Shipping Policy

If an order is lost in shipping.

If any order is lost in shipping and we can verify that it has not been delivered within 48 hours of its estimated delivery date we will replace the order and we will put in a claim with UPS for the lost merchandise.

Damage during transit.

Any merchandise that has been damaged during transit will be replaced at no cost to our customers. We do need to be notified immediately after delivery and we will issue a claim to UPS for the damage.
